This is advertised as the favorite massage creme of professionals and I believe it. It's certainly my favorite. I've never used anything else. UPDATE 2018/2019: NOW USING SACRED EARTH MASSAGE CREAM. Biotone Dual-Purpose Massage Creme is made with almond oil, arnica extract, ivy extract, aloe vera oil, vitamin E and vegetable glycerin. It doesn't stain, doesn't leave your skin feeling weird and best of all, has great glide and consistency. For my next bulk purchase of massage creme I will be be checking out Bio-tone's Pure Touch Organics Massage Creme. It's paraben-free, hypo-allergenic and organic.
Ingredients are Organic Chamomile Botanicals, Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Decyl Cocoate, Organic Shea Butter, Organic Jojoba oil, Organic Sesame Oil, and Organic Safflower Oil. Hopefully it will have the same high quality texture, feel and glide as the Dual Purpose Massage Creme. If it doesn't, I'll be back to the Dual-Purpose Creme. It does not appear Biotone has a serious and/or public commitment to sustainable environment business practices. Unfortunately, so far I haven't been impressed with the workability of the more sustainably created/committed massage creme products. I'm happy to continue searching and experimenting though. I'm open to feedback.

Arnica montana.Arnica is used for strains, sprains and bruises. It belongs to the sunflower family and is native to North America and Eurasia. It has been used medicinally for centuries.
"Arnica montana is more effective than placebo when used for the treatment of several conditions including post-traumatic and postoperative pain, edema, and ecchymosis. However, its dosages and preparations used have produced substantial differences in the clinical outcome. Cumulative evidence suggests that Arnica montana may represent a valid alternative to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, at least when treating some specific conditions." Information on Arnica montanais hard to find in one source and, therefore, is the subject of this chapter. The author discusses the components of Arnica montana and therapeutic uses such as anti-inflammatory, blood coagulation, arthritis, postpartum bleeding, traumatic injuries, and cosmetic procedures."
