Aveda "Energizing Composition" oil. This stuff smells really yummy. Energizing Composition is made with organic sunflower oil, organic green coffee seed oil, vitamin E and an uplifting blend of essences including lavender, ylang ylang and sweet orange. I like to use Aveda products because their stated mission is to
"care for the world we live in, from the products we make to the ways in which we give back to society." In 1989, they were the first privately held company to sign the CERES Principles (Coalition for Environmentally Responsible Economies). They use post consumer recycled packaging and their manufacturing is 100% wind powered.

Arnica montana.Arnica is used for strains, sprains and bruises. It belongs to the sunflower family and is native to North America and Eurasia. It has been used medicinally for centuries.
"Arnica montana is more effective than placebo when used for the treatment of several conditions including post-traumatic and postoperative pain, edema, and ecchymosis. However, its dosages and preparations used have produced substantial differences in the clinical outcome. Cumulative evidence suggests that Arnica montana may represent a valid alternative to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, at least when treating some specific conditions." Effectiveness and Safety of Arnica montana in Post-Surgical Setting, Pain and Inflammation https://journals.lww.com/americantherapeutics/Abstract/2016/01000/Effectiveness_and_Safety_of_Arnica_montana_in.21.aspx "Arnica montana has been used mainly postoperatively in cosmetic surgery to reduce bruising. Information on Arnica montanais hard to find in one source and, therefore, is the subject of this chapter. The author discusses the components of Arnica montana and therapeutic uses such as anti-inflammatory, blood coagulation, arthritis, postpartum bleeding, traumatic injuries, and cosmetic procedures."
